Rose Lane Miniature Schnauzers
CONGRATULATIONS ON THE PURCHASE OF YOUR NEW PUPPY!!! EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO ENSURE THAT HE/SHE GETS THE BEST START POSSIBLE. THE PUP HAS BEEN STARTED ON ITS VACCINATION SERIES, BEEN REGULARLY TREATED FOR THE PREVENTION/TREATMENT OF INTERNAL PARASITES, AND GIVEN LOTS OF T.L.C.
1.) Rose Lane Schnauzers guarantees the puppy to be pure bred, pedigreed, and register-able/recordable.
2.) The pup must be checked by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours. Should he/she find the pup ill, or not as represented, a full refund of the purchase price will be given upon the return of the pup.
________3.) Puppy is guaranteed until 1 year of age against all fatal and life-threatening congenital diseases which adversely affects the health of the animal. This guarantee does not cover incorrect bites, undescended testicles, coccidia or other parasites/worms common to puppies, undesirable ear sets, as well as any purely cosmetic issues. In the event of a serious life-threatening condition, if reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. Seller must be notified within 5 days of vet diagnosis. Replacement puppy will be for any available puppy of Buyer’s choosing, of equal purchase price of original puppy, upon return of original puppy. No refunds are given after the initial 72-hour period.
4.) Rose Lane Schnauzers cannot guarantee specific coat type or size of puppy at maturity- though we will do our best to be as accurate as possible. There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potential as a puppy unless specified in the bill of sale.
5.) If for some reason, ever, the Buyer cannot provide a permanent home for this dog, Rose Lane Schnauzers will accept the dog back. The Buyer is not entitled to any refund of money or expenses, including transportation costs if owner surrenders their dog.
6.) The Seller will not be responsible under any circumstances for any veterinary (or other) bill incurred by Buyer. All transportation costs are to be paid by Buyer, including those incurred if the terrier is returned.
7.) This contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of California, in the county of San Bernardino. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be San Bernardino County, CA.
_______8.) All puppies are adopted as pets with LIMITED registration.
9.) AKC Re-Unite Micro-Chip, and registration is required with this puppy. Micro-chip will be inserted before puppy goes home and verified with buyer.
10.) This Health Guarantee is NON-Transferable and only valid for original buyer listed on this document.
